Packaging
Books are posted in protective envelopes. All DVDs are boxed. All ebooks are naked!

Postage
All UK orders are dispatched using second class mail. We don't offer courier/fast delivery, but you can expect to receive your goods within a week.

Airmail
We've kept this charge as small as possible. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days from London (or from Cape Town, for South African customers) which means you get fast, reliable delivery.

Although we have no control over the postal services, you can expect your products within 5 working days (UK), 7 working days (Europe), or 14 working days (South Africa and Worldwide). 

There is no discount for multiple items as we are charged for airmail based on weight. The website will automatically calculate the postage charge. When you select your country the postage charge will change to reflect the correct total.

Customs
Depending on the Customs laws of your country, you may have to pay some duties at your post office when you collect your goods. Note that all products shipped to EU countries or South Africa have no Customs charge payable.
